Andrés, un abogado novato, estaba a punto de empezar su primera audiencia de amparo. Sentado frente al juez, sintió que las manos le temblaban mientras buscaba en su carpeta los documentos clave para su defensa.
El juez lo miraba con impaciencia, y justo cuando Andrés estaba por hablar, un repentino estornudo interrumpió el silencio en la sala. Inmediatamente, todos los ojos se volvieron hacia él, agravando su nerviosismo. Sin perder la calma, intentó recobrar la compostura.
—Señoría, me gustaría certificar que mi cliente tiene el derecho constitucional de…—, dijo con voz temblorosa, pero clara.
En ese momento, se dio cuenta de que había olvidado el principal argumento en su carpeta. Tragó saliva, improvisó una salida rápida y siguió adelante.
Al final de la audiencia, aunque agotado y aún algo desorientado, Andrés logró mantener su postura. Sabía que aquel tropiezo le enseñaría más de lo que jamás imaginó.
