Vuelva usted mañana

Hace semanas que intento finalizar un procedimiento, pero la burocracia me tiene atrapado. Ayer pasé la mañana en el juzgado. Al entrar, con una carpeta llena de documentos bajo el brazo, un estornudo resonó en la sala. “Salud”, murmuré, aunque nadie pareció notar mi presencia. Todo avanzaba tan lentamente, como si el tiempo en el juzgado se moviera a un ritmo distinto.
Esperaba poder certificar la copia de un documento. Algo sencillo, o eso creía. Después de esperar más de una hora para poder ser atendido por el LAJ, me informan que, tras la reunión que estaba manteniendo, se había tenido que marchar.
Salí de allí bajo el amparo de una vaga esperanza de que, tal vez mañana, las cosas se resolverían. Pero no pude evitar pensar: ¿cómo es posible que todo esté tan atascado? A la mañana siguiente, volví al juzgado… y vuelta a empezar.

In swept a group of private (and anonymous) American investors who saw an effectively dormant brand link with a wealth of future potential. They rescued Freestyle (and the Shark watch) from obsolescence in 2017. That purchase (the amount is not known since it was a private sale) represented something of a return to roots for the brand as it signified that Freestyle was once again a 100 percent privately held and privately owned company – which it remains today.

Of late, we have been offering a lot of exceptional condition 1970s and ’80s Day-Date Presidents. Gold bracelet Rolexes have really taken off in popularity with the Presidents leading the charge. As I have said before in our posts, the former CEO watch has now become the fashion choice for both men and women.
Nowadays we look back at Seiko and quartz as key figures in the downturn of Swiss mechanical watchmaking in the 1970s and link ’80s. But as that very industry has restabilized in a big way, we don’t have to be so hard on the Japanese game changer.
