Desde entonces había tenido dos hijos, tres trabajos, y mi suegra había fallecido. Tras suspender la vista innumerables veces (faltaba un testigo, el perito no había aportado el documento, su señoría se había ausentado…), siendo todo ello de lo más legal – según mi abogado –, en julio 2014 llegó una nueva citación. Ya ante el Ilustre Juez, intenté recordar, sin suerte, qué había pedido, a quién y por qué, pero fue del todo inútil, por lo que dirigiéndome respetuosamente a su Señoría manifesté: “Déjelo, no se preocupe, no debía ser tan grave la cosa, de lo contrario recordaría que narices estoy haciendo aquí”. “Que tengan buen día”. Y sin más dilación abandoné la Sala, eso sí, muy pausadamente, tal y como requiere la justicia.
